Dan Houser was very responsive and quick to respond to all calls or emails and extremely knowledgeable. Chris was a pleasure to work with as well. I felt like he evaluated my situation and tried to get me the best deal possible versus just making a sale like some other places. These two gentleman were a great combination to work with. I would highly recommend either of them. When I upgrade to a Z06 Stingray, I'll be going back to these guys! More

2015 Chevrolet Colorado I was driving a 1997 full size Dodge Ram pick-up truck with 132K miles. I wanted to downsize some, but still stay with the truck. I walked into Hend I was driving a 1997 full size Dodge Ram pick-up truck with 132K miles. I wanted to downsize some, but still stay with the truck. I walked into Hendrick Chevrolet and met Joe Marrero. He told me about the Chevy Colorado and I was hooked. Only problem, he did not have one on the lot for me to see. On my 2nd visit, he was able to show me a Colorado that was being prepped for customer delivery. We went back to his cubicle and got on a website and built my truck, with all of the features I felt I wanted on a truck. Took the printout home and showed it to my wife. She was impressed and wanted to come see a Colorado herself. Called Joe, but the one I had seen had been delivered. Decided to order one of the trucks. Joe kept me up-to-date through out the 6 week process to get my truck delivered. In fact, the truck came in about 5 days early (nice surprise). Joe took the time to explain all of the bells and whistles that came with my truck. While we were signing all of the paperwork, Joe had the truck filled with gas (nice touch). When my wife and I got into the truck to come home, her first reaction was ... WOW ! She was impressed and so am I Could not be more happy about the attention I received from Joe and the Hendrick Chevrolet family. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy a car. Bad service experience each time at two Rick Hendricks Eventhough I scheduled an appt., for an oil change, each time I have gone there they do not have my required filter, so I end up waiting for extended Eventhough I scheduled an appt., for an oil change, each time I have gone there they do not have my required filter, so I end up waiting for extended periods of time. The last time I had an oil change, they left my hood ajar and computer signals beeping so I do not understand why they didn't realized that the hood was ajar when they bought my car around. The other issue is they did not reset my service indicator after changing oil. My beef with Rick Hendrick is if you cannot service luxury cars then why sell them or sell your maintenance plan for luxury cars when your technicians are not equipped to service them? I've only had 3 oil changes and all 3 have been bad experiences and long waits. More
