This Dealership Saved ME!!!!! I Bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid back in March 2014. I had an accident that totaled the vehicle so I went back to the same dealership for my repl I Bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid back in March 2014. I had an accident that totaled the vehicle so I went back to the same dealership for my replacement vehicle. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. They claimed that they would take care of me and get me a vehicle. They sold me their loaner car (of which they didn't have at the time as another customer was using it while their car was being repaired), the documents were blank that I signed and I didn't have any documents in my hand when I left. They had me at a 19% interest rate and I had issues with getting the tag. They took forever to get me my refund on the gap and warranty on the totaled care just the worst ever!!! I just took the car and kept moving. I had that vehicle for 5 months and just was not happy and I was on my way to work and heard a commercial for Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I went online to get the address and set up an appointment. I got there super early and had to wait but Leo was there to greet me when they opened. He helped me through the entire process of getting out that Hyundai I called "Bad Carma Car"!!!! I am in a 2015 Chevy Malibu and I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!!!!!!! The financing was better, the car was better, the added programs and warranty is better! The best decision I could have made in my history of buying cars! The facility was great, they offered us water and Got me in my new car in no time. They were so awesome, that they even got my mom out of her Hyundai and into a Malibu as well!!! She was in and out the next day after I was in! They are great! More
