My experience was so phenomenal that as soon as my best friend contacted me asking me to go car shopping with her, I picked up the phone for Rick Hendrick in Duluth and made an appointment with Joe Marrero again! He helped soothe my best friend's worries and got her into a wonderful new car. The experience we had was absolutely fantastic and being a mother to a toddler, I highly enjoyed their play room! Bait and Switch = Impact on Credit The long-and-the-short of this is. I was in to look at a Z28 (wanted the Silver one at the dealer), was then told that one (Silver) was not on-the-lis The long-and-the-short of this is. I was in to look at a Z28 (wanted the Silver one at the dealer), was then told that one (Silver) was not on-the-list for the 20% discount... but "is white ok?". I said yes it was as it would have been my 2nd choice. I shook (literal hand-shake) on it so then the paperwork work started to process. (So at this point my credit is being pulled which will cause an impact to my credit score, understandable since we are proceeding). Then the one gentleman comes out and says "we have an issue". The white car is NOT on the list... BUT.... would you like a ZL1 or a different car. My answer was no. My issues are (1) My time has been wasted because the dealership should know immediately what is available. (2) My credit report was pulled after a hand-shake, on going forward. Now they did apologize but, my credit has been hit pure and simple. More

My 2014 c7 Corvette & my 2015 z06 corvette I had a great experience at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet twice so far! Dan was my corvette salesman and Shon was the manager, both were excellent! Dan picked me up from the airport and they both made me feel at home while visiting Atlanta to pick up my 2014 corvette. Back in April I was so pleased with everything that i told them to go ahead and put me on the list for the new z06, They called yesterday and told me it's ready! These guys make things so easy and convenient, I don't even have to fly there again, They sent me the paperwork by mail and i should have my car shipped to me next week. I definitely recommend working with Rick Hendrick Chev, specifically Dan and Shon, You'll be glad you did!
