Very, very, very pushy. I came in with an exact idea of what I wanted to look at and wanted to test drive 2 cars. It took them 2 hours to let me test drive 2 cars. Instead of a 2011 Cruze, they gave me a 2012 Cruze with different features to test drive. Then the BIG one...instead of a base model 2012 or 2011 Malibu, they "COULD NOT FIND" any of these so they would only let me drive a fully loaded Eco drive 2013 Malibu. Nothing is the same about that car! Not the engine, not the features, the seats....nothing. So I have no idea of what the car I actually want drives like. They only wanted to introduce me to 4 salesmen, pass me back and forth, try to get me to spend money, and upsell their stupid dealer add-ons like $500 security systems, $300 tinted windows, and $200 door guards. NEVER going back and will not purchase there. More

Terrible experience with sales department. The sales deparatment manager, Mr. King, was absoutely appalling. "GM certified per owned" does not live up to its claims as the "industry best" "reconditioned to factory like standard". "we inspect it all so your don't have to". Two days later it wouldn't start. Dealership said they would send a check for a new battery. Invoice has been faxed three times to the corvette manager and once more to another manager at her request. Still no check. Voltage check of battery is part of the check they are supposed to do. Leather dash was rippling up and required it to be pulled out and glued back down. Paint has several large chips and is sandblasted in other areas. I doubt any part on the car was reconditioned. To be fair GM customer service said all of those problems are ok and would meet "the industry best standard". The dealership did offer me a car wash to "make you happy". Also check the BBB ratings. Erik King, as a sales manger, should move out of his position ASAP! All he offering is just a bad and lazy customer service. He dosn't even know what he could offer for customers to make a deal.
