2014 Chevy Impala I had been to several delarships to price different vehicles and really get a feel for what I was looking for. Poor sales experience My wife and I went to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet to buy a new Corvette. My plan was to make a deal that day. We spent 20 minutes looking at models par My wife and I went to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet to buy a new Corvette. My plan was to make a deal that day. We spent 20 minutes looking at models parked right outside the showroom. While looking at a car we were interested in a salesman came from the showroom to one of the out buildings on the lot. He went out of his way to avoid us making it obvious he had no interest in us. We found a car right in front of a showroom window that was unlocked and tok the opportunity to get in to see what the new interior looked like. As we got out of the car someone inside the showroom remotely locked the doors to the car. Still no one came out to speak with us. All in all we were left with the clear impression they did not feel we were worthy of their time or one of their Corvettes. The message and the insult associated with it was clearly received. Needless to say you'll never see me in a Hedrick dealership. Given all of GM's quality issues, recalls, and litigation you'd think their dealerships would be working hard to overcome the image of a lack of regard for the customer. Not This dealership. Rick Hendricks is working hard to reinforce the image. A surprising approach, especially when related to the most expensive model they offer. More

Franchely Reyes Drove a long way to buy a car. Wanted to buy a second car from this dealership because couldn't believe the service and deal that we got. Second time Drove a long way to buy a car. Wanted to buy a second car from this dealership because couldn't believe the service and deal that we got. Second time around was amazingly super fast ,organized, friendly,and pressure free. You just don 't get that at other car lots. Now, Franchely made this whole experience for me. Didn't buy the first time out because the deal I wanted was not there that day. Well to my surprise she called back a week later with the good news and the rest is history. I got a brand new car with close to the same monthly payments. What a women! She is awesome! her little heart was into selling me a car : note: I'm not easy to get along with or can I be sold anything easily. I could go on and on in regards to Ms. Reyes but will end with this. She is why I will tell friends and why I will be back a third time. More

So we decided to stop a Jim He After losing our previous vehicle due to vandalism from an attempted theft, My wife and I needed to look for a new car. So we decided to stop a Jim Hendricks. As soon as we got out of our car Thomas was walking outside and before we even had a chance to close the doors, his first question was, "How can I serve you?" Thomas stopped in mid-stride to find out what we needed. After talking with Thomas for a few minutes at his desk, he had a great understanding of what we wanted and what we needed in a vehicle. Thomas showed us a 2007 Sante Fe knowing we wanted an SUV. But after testing it with us he knew it was not a fit for us. Vlad then came in and gave the assurance that he and Thomas would do everything in their power to have us in a new vehicle that very day. Thomas was very thorough in filling in Vlad with our finances and what it is we are looking for in a vehicle. With his recommendation we were allowed to do an extended test drive of a 2014 Chevy Equinox with only 300 miles on it. They even set the radio on the station that they knew we loved just from our conversations. Needless to say we fell in love with the car and Thomas and Vlad did EVERYTHING to put us in it AND at a price that was comfortable for our household. The next time we are looking for our next vehicle, Jim Hendricks Chevy will be the first and most likely the only stop we will be making. Although the car buying experience was long, Thomas and Vlad were there with us from the beginning to the end making us as comfortable as they possible could. My Wife and I walked in looking for a used vehicle but drove away with a brand new 2014 Equinox! Thank you Thomas and Vlad for making out first car buying experience a great one and for easing the anxiety of our first car note! More
