Beyond disappointed with Rick Hendricks Chevorlet. I went to purchase a car the first time on November the 3rd of 2023. I was denied. I told the salesman my situation and they said no problem. Then as I went to purchase a car the first time on November the 3rd of 2023. I was denied. I told the salesman my situation and they said no problem. Then asked for a co-signer just to prove an additional 1.5k in income. Not the truth and still didn’t work. Not a problem. I returned home and a little over a month later I received a call and text from Eugene. He had pulled my file and wanted to know if I was still shopping for a vehicle. I let him know that I was in deed still needing to find one. He asked for my credentials so he could start getting a list together of vehicles for me to look at. Also I sent him my ID and information so he could get things together for me to sign. I wouldn’t have a long time to go through the car buying process. Also told him to use the info from my file because things haven’t changed besides a slight improvement on my credit report. He assured me everything was done and I would not be leaving without a vehicle this time. I live almost 2 hours away, although I didn’t have the best experience the time before I needed a ride, so I wanted to give them another shot. They have quality vehicles for a good price. Once I arrived, everything started to go downhill the things that he assured me were not done, and in all actuality, he didn’t even get anything together nor take time to read the information on my previous file. Needless to say it was all a waste of time, and I receive nothing but lies and insults. He had the nerve to ask me was I sure I was at the right location after being caught in his lies , the finance manager came over to speak with me and my mother also said that the things he told me on the previous meeting he never said and was I sure I was talking to the right person. Why would you call a customer back who is denied the first time to waste their time again and insult them. They suggested to write up fraudulent earnings on my income to help me get into a car. I regret sending my identification to Eugene and ever attempting to do business with RH Chevy. I have proof via text messages and also their cameras documentation as well. Due to them, running my credit so many times, I cannot go to another dealership and apply for a car. I have to wait for some of the hard credit inquiries to come off before trying again. Eugene said he was a three-year veteran at this and very reliable all lies. More
