Found the truck on the internet. The dealer then told me about the rebates and discounts, available to me. My salesman ,John Rivers even doubled checked the military discount for me. I got over 4,700.00 do about the rebates and discounts, available to me. My salesman ,John Rivers even doubled checked the military discount for me. I got over 4,700.00 dollars in rebates and I was insured with USAA. Which was 750.00 dollars also. Happy and I love my new Chevy Truck. I actually get 24.25 miles per gallon , on the highway and 19.75 in the city. Chevy really kept tier promise on the mileage. I Love my new Chevy truck. More

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I was nervous at first. I was afraid of being pushed into a deal that I could not afford, but Terrell Cox helped me through every step of the way. He w was nervous at first. This car has been by far the BIGGEST hassle and maybe the biggest mistake by dealing with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet I've ever dealt with in my life. The paperwork process has been a hassle. How a month later biggest mistake by dealing with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet I've ever dealt with in my life. The paperwork process has been a hassle. How a month later is there still missing paperwork that needs to be signed? I spoke with Adam Crane on Friday the 22nd of November in regards to ALL the sales tax not being paid by the dealer. I came out of pocket $1263.65. So when am I going to get back the money I spent? Oh I know when (NEVER)…….. Just like the check I was promised a month ago that I finally got on 11/22/2013 because it was mailed on 11/19/2013 when the check was printed and put in the mail. Buyer beware....... I was also told by Adam Crane that the dealership would send me a check for $500 of what I came out of pocket and that's it. But he wouldn't send it till I did the survey for them and marked 100% satisfied first. I will NOT be bought, nor will I lie, nor will I be black mailed. Thanks, Terry - from Louisiana More

Buyer Beware of the Extended Warranty and Certified!!! They put me in a truck that had major front end issues. Even though the truck was factory certified does not me it was in great shape. We purchased the extended warranty from Rick Hendrick. After deciding to sell the truck we cancelled our warranty and Rick Hendrick pocketed the money. Rick Hendrick will not send us what they owe us. We have documents from the warranty company of when it was cancelled and the amount we are owed but Rick Hendrick won't send us what is ours. More
