I had a very bad experience with this dealership on 12/29/23, I discussed the price with Mr.Fletcher (Manager) on the phone we agreed on the price prior to me coming over, and he told me to come over a 12/29/23, I discussed the price with Mr.Fletcher (Manager) on the phone we agreed on the price prior to me coming over, and he told me to come over and that they will have someone drive my truck home with me, when I got there my sales person (Brian Henry) told me he was not informed about someone driving the truck to my home but he will make it work, I had to wait two days before getting my truck, and nobody bother to call me and give any updates, I had to keep calling until I got my truck, I am disappointed in the Manager and the sales person. I also had another issue when finalizing the paperwork, the finance person added $4500.00 for an extended warranty I wasn’t aware of, I thought that shady on their, I had them remove it, and they also will tell you to scan a QR code to make a review and then give them self 5 star without the completion of your purchase, that is like forcing the client to give you 5 star. You guys need to improve the way you do business. Thanks. More
