My issues with the dea He was able to make the transaction quick and hassle free. Granted, I was paying in cash and trading in a car with no lien. My issues with the dealership are post-sale: 1. When I bough the car, I was given my documents on a flash drive which turned out to be corrupted. I did not find this out until I left the dealership. It then took three separate requests to get copies my documents. I was only able to get copies after pestering the general sales manager, who contacted me to ask how the transaction went. 2. After reading my documents, I learned that neither the dealer admin fee ($850) nor tag/title/registration fee ($77) covers obtaining a license plate and that, now, I need to send my wife (with a 10-week old) to go to the DMV and handle herself, as the car is in her name. 3. This is minor but irks me, nonetheless. My wife commented that the car was delivered with a quarter of a tank of gas. Again, purchasing the car was easy enough, but I would be remiss to say I had a "good experience". More
