This only speaks to the service department. I had a problem, of my own making, which I took to Hendrick for help with. The service writer, Nancy Smith, couldn’t have been more pleasant and he I had a problem, of my own making, which I took to Hendrick for help with. The service writer, Nancy Smith, couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful and even bringing a mechanic, Michael, outside to speak to me. He was friendly as well, as he helped me understand what I had been doing wrong and advice on how to fix my problem in the future. Twice in the same month I have had positive interactions with the folks at Hendrick. They are an hour drive from my house and that is the only downside to my experience with this company. More
