"Customer Service"

I came to the dealership because I saw they have a customer service car if you live within 5 miles. I went there to get a simple oil change and get my car fully detailed. I asked if I could get the customer service car to take me back to my job. Which they told me would only take a minute and would come get me when the shuttle arrived back. After about 40 minutes they let me know the car has been out and were still waiting on it to come back, but should be back shortly. I ended up waiting an hour twenty minutes for the car. At this point in time I could have already walked back to my work. I then processed to ask them for my car back because I need to be back by a certain time for a conference call. They then told me it just got back an would take me where I needed to go which I did refuse service due to the service being so bad and I personally did not believe them when they said it just got back. I not recommend this place to anyone.

"NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"

My car cut off on me less than 30 days after leaving the lot, I set an appointment to have this issue checked. I was told they couldn't find anything. Two days later, my tire pressure was reading 27 on one side and 65 on the other, they fixed that and I went home. Once I got home I tried to lock the car but didn't hear the horn that normally accompanies it when I double tap the button. I went to the window and hit the button again, still no alarm. I settled for the normal lock and went to bed. The next morning when I was about to leave for work, I noticed my door wasn't closed all the way and realized that's why the alarm didn't go off, I got in my car and tried to close the door but it wouldn't close. There was a small latch that had locked down that prevent the door from catching. I had to drive to Rick Hendricks holding the car door close (right, some bs). Went BACK to the service center, they took care of the lock ASAP but for some reason...my door wasn't closing as smooth as it was the day before. I asked them to look into it further because they was trying to send me off but it still didn't feel right. They told me to go wait in the waiting room and 5 short minutes later they told me to come out and pointed out that my car (that I had just brought to them the day before) was damaged at the bottom of the door. Now mind you, I only came in to get my door lock fixed. They informed me that I must've hit or run over something and to call my insurance company because it wasn't something that happened there. If Rick Hendricks ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, they have failed me miserably. I will never buy anything else from them. NEVER!!!!!!

"BEWARE-TERRIBLE SERVICE-BEWARE"

The service department at this location is terrible, it's the same thing every time. My visit today January 15, 2016 was no exception: I pulled in waited for someone to walk over to the car, waited approx. 10min then I got out of the car and stood beside it and waited another 5 min. meanwhile I'm observing multiple employees standing around talking to each other, and not one of them acknowledged the customer. Finally out of frustration I took out my camera and started to videotape them, I yelled "let's see how long it'll take for someone to help me while I record y'all". Just as quickly as I said that they began to swarm, couldn't help me quick enough. But why do I have to threatened to post a video on social media of the horrible service in order to get people to their job? IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR HERE? RETHINK THAT DECISION BECAUSE YOU ARE IN FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THE so-called service department.

"Great Service"

A friend and I went to visit this place with not much confidence about which car would be best for her and her family or even one she would like for that matter. (She is very picky). Leondre Sparks came in and save the day. He was very influential and and knowledgeable about the cars he showed her. Listening to him, I didn't feel like he was rushing her to get a check. He showed genuine car about what worked for her financially and what she liked. If you visit Rick Hendricks Chevrolet in Duluth, Ga. Ask for Leondre Sparks!

"BAD SERVICE"

I dropped of my car for service and service advisor suppose to call me back for estimate . no one call me from dealership. I call them back next day and they still not giving me any estimate as far as price and time fram. I decided to get my car back and take it to other chevy dealership. It was far from my place but I didn't have any other option. I don't recommend this dealership for service.

"Bad service experience each time at two Rick Hendricks"

Eventhough I scheduled an appt., for an oil change, each time I have gone there they do not have my required filter, so I end up waiting for extended periods of time. The last time I had an oil change, they left my hood ajar and computer signals beeping so I do not understand why they didn't realized that the hood was ajar when they bought my car around. The other issue is they did not reset my service indicator after changing oil. My beef with Rick Hendrick is if you cannot service luxury cars then why sell them or sell your maintenance plan for luxury cars when your technicians are not equipped to service them? I've only had 3 oil changes and all 3 have been bad experiences and long waits.
