to long interest rate was so high I cant believe it. I know alot of people that I cannot tell them to go to you. Sales man was okay, the bank people were not good at the job, I kept finding paper work that was incorrect, I took at least 5 hrs there, s/b 2 hours tops. If I was a secret shopper I would of flunked everyone. More

Ed is professional and efficient!! Best service! I tried bringing my vehicle to Estero Bay Chevrolet as they had just completed a recall on my new vehicle. I told the service tech that I heard a “pop” and t bringing my vehicle to Estero Bay Chevrolet as they had just completed a recall on my new vehicle. I told the service tech that I heard a “pop” and then my “reduced engine power” indicator came on. He said he didn’t know what it could be and I was told they couldn’t get to it until the following week. I called Rick Hendrick and Ed not only knew exactly what it could be, but he got me in and out in 20 min. On the same day! Thank you Ed!!! More
