They claimed that ford had a recall item on this van but after I contacted ford with the vin number and was informed that the recall had been addressed I called pat green at the Chevy dealer and explained what was going on he told his team to give me my van and to stop trying to get me to buy a different van. What kind of service is this? I will bring in the old air filter to see for yourself...disappointing. More
Horrible experience In our first service they put water instead of washer fluid for my windshield. Yesterday I did an oil change and they put clean oil without taking off the old one. I realized something was wrong with my new truck and come back to them to fix the problem. They had to redo the oil change. The service manager knew what was going on and nobody come out to explain what happened or at least to apologize. More

Never again I show up a 7:45 am. First car in line for the oil change. TWO HOURS later the car is done. Then driving home, start smelling oil,stop the car and loo I show up a 7:45 am. Inconveniently convenient Weird day. On arrival from Fort Myers I was told the Tahoe I wanted sold. I ?d but didn’t press. So I left. While signing Tahoe LT purchase agreement Weird day. While signing Tahoe LT purchase agreement at another dealer, I got email that said “NOT SOLD I’m holding the keys in my hand”. So I left him hanging to follow my heart and drove back to Naples. Great experience on second attempt to buy there 2019 Black Tahoe premiere RST package. Jose, Jesse, and Scott were very apologetic, attentive,thorough,and fair. I felt they made up for the FUBAR of my first morning attempt, which they had no part of, with purchase price. In the end everyone was happy. except the young salesman who sent me away empty handed. Would have been an easy sale for him. More
