Outstanding service on getting a tire replaced that was covered with a warranty purchased from an out of state Chevy dealer. Service advisor ED MCKEON handled the entire claim process with the warranty co covered with a warranty purchased from an out of state Chevy dealer. Service advisor ED MCKEON handled the entire claim process with the warranty company. HENDRICK CHEVY eliminated the claim process after the fact for the customer which was huge considering all the information the warranty company requested pertaining to the damaged tire.
