Tiffany, the Customer Service person, reached out to me and after our conversation she and the management staff realized that they had made an approx $3000 error. She indicated that they would FedEx new documents to us along with a refund check. At this point we have not received the corrected packet, but I trust that it will arrive this week. Through it all, I want to thank the salesman Dylan for helping us solve this issue. He truly was a great Salesman and very knowledgeable! My only hope is that this “honest mistake” by the sales desk doesn’t happen to other folks that don’t realize the error. I dont believe this is Mr. Hendrick’s business model and appreciate Tiffany for solving the problem.
