I'm from Ohio and was specifically looking for trucks from southern states since they're typically in better condition (the rust belt up here is very unforgiving). The trucks that I checked out in Florida were lemons, one was a flood truck that the dealership tried to hide. (Check out my Yelp review on Driver's Auto Mart in Davie Florida) The other truck in Melbourne Florida wasn't what the salesmen said/thought it was and it had signnificant issues that the dealership overlooked. My last hope due to time constraints (had to get back to Ohio for work the next day) was Ryan with the Rick Hendrick dealership and boy did he come through. I showed up late due to traffic delays, an hour before close, spent a good 30-45 minutes climbing all over the truck checking it out (always be thorough when buying used, even the best of dealerships can overlook issues) and gave it a very vigorous test drive. He was patient and understanding when it came to our evaluation methods. (The other trucks never even got far enough for a test drive) I kept this gentleman at the dealership until 11:30, he made sure every step of the purchase went as smooth as possible. My wife purchased a new car on Saturday. After being rushed through the business office and returned home, we realize that she had been charged twice for the Destination charge (that was already added i rushed through the business office and returned home, we realize that she had been charged twice for the Destination charge (that was already added in the MSRP) and also, the dealer add ins that we agreed too totaled $1280 and we were charged$2318. With being charged twice for the destination fee and the $1038 overcharge on the dealer adds....we were over charged $2633 plus the difference in the tax! My rating below may change depending on how the dealership handles this. If they choose to do nothing, I can assure you that they will get a call from the man whose name is on the dealership! More

I purchased a 2500 Silverado and decided to get leather seats on it, well first they told me to dropped the vehicle and was gonna take 3 days for the vehicle to be ready but it took a week and when I got i seats on it, well first they told me to dropped the vehicle and was gonna take 3 days for the vehicle to be ready but it took a week and when I got it back it was the wrong color leather seats my salesman (Kingston) told me that because of the mistake I could get a two tone leather seats and the all weather floor mats for free, a couple of days later I went to dropped my truck AGAIN but the. I was told that they didn’t do 2 tones leather seats and the floor mats were in back order. I asked Josh in service if I could pick a new color for my leather seats (before it was done) but he said that it was not possible. So to summarize I was without my truck for almost two weeks due to their negligence, didn’t get what I was promised and they didn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t go back ever!!!!l More
