The service department is complete garbage. Every time they touched my truck to "fix" something, they broke something else. I had to have the headliner replaced due to a rear window leak and they scratche they touched my truck to "fix" something, they broke something else. I had to have the headliner replaced due to a rear window leak and they scratched every panel they touched. During this trip, I complained about the damage, and the service manager, Mark, told me that it "wasn't damaged enough" for him to replace it. The rear window leaked again and when the window was replaced, they chipped the paint. They then had to replace the headliner again due to it not being able to be cleaned. While they replaced the headliner, they broke a clip on one of the rear trim panels. Instead of replacing the panel, they put tape around the bungie retention in order to hold it tight. They finally replaced it after I called them out on it. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you like your vehicle. More
