This is a standard response - no thought was put into this. I would like to add that my trade hasn’t been paid off yet, payment is due in 2 days. Also you guys sold me a vehicle with an open recall, which I was not made aware of until I activated Onstar. Feel free to call me and we can work this out but I know what a good job looks like and this wasn’t it. I’ve been in the automotive business since 1999 - you guys need guidance on your processes, procedures, dealership training and everything in between.
