The only reason I still come here is because of Tiffany. I own a limousine business. Times were hard and they had installed a DVD player into my luxury SUV but I was unhappy with the lighting on the unit be I own a limousine business. Times were hard and they had installed a DVD player into my luxury SUV but I was unhappy with the lighting on the unit because the rest of the lights in the vehicle were LED, but what was on the DVD player was not. Tiffany purchased new LED bulbs out of her own pocket and helped me install them as I could not afford to pay someone to install them for me due to business slowing down and low income. I will never forget the selflessness display from one employee at a very large company and because of that you’ve got a customer for life. You need more people like this. More
I’m writing to let you know about my displeasure with my recent Tahoe purchase. I was visiting my family in Buford and decided to look into your Tahoe selection, so I inquired on your website for a NEW 2021 recent Tahoe purchase. I was visiting my family in Buford and decided to look into your Tahoe selection, so I inquired on your website for a NEW 2021 Black High Country. I received a call back from an agent shortly after my inquiry (around 2:44 pm on 6/8). The girl I spoke with said the one I inquired about was not slated to arrive for a week or two so I then asked about a white one that was on the website - she said it was on the lot and available so I asked for her to email me the build sheet. A few hours later I still hadn’t received any further communication so I emailed another inquiry. Shortly after that I received a text from Brittany at 7:09 pm on 6/8 saying they found the black high country on the property, she sent me pictures and a video of the unit. I immediately started sending her documents necessary to hold this vehicle, including a $1000 deposit. I also made sure to mention that my trade was a lease and I needed the deal to made sense financially. She runs the deposit and we agree that I’ll be in on Thursday to get the Range Rover appraised and continue to work the deal. I made sure she knew that I was visiting family and didn’t have time to wait around at the dealership. She never once mentioned that she would be off on Thursday and that I would be handed off to another salesperson, which I wouldn’t have minded but you’d think she would have passed along all the pertinent information. I arrived at the dealership around 12:20 on 6/10 and was told Brittny was off and was then introduced to Creek. I told him that I was going to drop my Range Rover off for appraisal and we would need to work this deal via text since I was out running around with my family. At this point I was very hopeful a smooth transaction was going to take place but things went south! Creek sent me a preliminary buyers order at 1:20 pm but it was wrong - the trade put in was for a different vehicle and there was no purchase vehicle information on the buyers order. I agreed on numbers after going back and forth with the Sales Manager (Ryan George I believe) and showed up around 8pm to sign my paperwork. At this time I talked to Creek and Ryan and met the Finance Manager who said it would be another 5-10 minutes. Well and hour later and I still was sitting at the dealership. When I went into the finance office I saw a Carfax printout for the Tahoe and realized they were selling me a USED Tahoe but never once did that information get explained to me. The finance manager said “well it only has 25 miles on it - we bought it from another dealership”. The issue I have here is 1.) you are charged a higher interest rate by the bank for a used vehicle 2.) it was never once explained to me that the vehicle was used 3.) the miles were actually 53. It’s now June 23rd and my paperwork has been messed up 3 times now. I’m to the point I don’t trust this dealership and would never recommend or do business with them again. Come pick up this Tahoe for all I care - there are too many places I would rather give my business too. I talked to the sales manager and left a message for their BDC Manager and nobody seems to care that you have failed your customers. My father lives right down the street from you and I will advise him to service his Tahoe elsewhere. I also have a ton of Hendrick dealerships near me and I will do my best to avoid them. You guys should be better than this. I’m available if someone would like to actually make this right for me. More

Recently went into Hendricks and was greeted in by Manuel Gutierrez. Since that moment he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I was completely clueless as to what vehicle I wanted a Gutierrez. Since that moment he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Though my sales associate was extremely kind and courteous, the overall management of this dealership is beyond disappointing. I left the dealership with lots of questions regarding my vehicle purch courteous, the overall management of this dealership is beyond disappointing. I left the dealership with lots of questions regarding my vehicle purchase, was referred to multiple managers where none of my requests where handled. A manager even went out of her way to guarantee she’d call me back the next day at noon, and never did. Ever. The other manager is just cold and any attempts at kindness and courtesy seem inauthentic, at best. I’ve contacted this dealership multiple times and now get no response. I’ve also called the mainline and been left on hold for over 20 minutes. Management also pressured me to leave a good review in spite of my negative experiences, saying that it would negatively impact the sales associate which to me is unethical. How about you just do a great job taking care of your customers so you don’t have to manipulate people into leaving a good review? I wish I had bought my Chevrolet at a Bill Holt where I’ve been treated with white glove customer service when I had to get my vehicle serviced after two weeks of driving it. Buford Chevrolet is a joke and you should NOT purchase your next vehicle here. More
