I emailed another individual who reached out to me and have not heard from her. If you'd like to restore my confidence, then make it right by allowing me to purchase STOCK #: 19682 at the price we had agreed upon for the vehicle I was going to purchase. They are the same age, both Traverses, etc, but the one I'm still willing to purchase has 8k MORE miles than the one we had agreed upon.

Unfortunately you can’t make it better when you sold the specific car that I placed a deposit on for purchase. If your employees would have just picked up the phone or called back and said “I’m sorry “we made a mistake” this would be a whole different conversation. Clearly none of those employees care about customer service or your dealer reputation as a whole.
