Bait and switch I worked with a couple of gentlemen. We looked at inventory on their computer together, and found a Traverse and we came to an agreement. One of the gentlemen made a hand written agreement and had me sign it before he went to the GM. We shook hands and agreed on the deal. When I went out to see the car, they had me sit in it and check it out. I noticed the color was not the same as we saw on the internet and come to find out, it wasn't the same car we saw on the internet. We went back in to the salesroom and was told that car had been sold. The car they had me sit in was the same year, had a few MORE miles on it, but I told them I would take that car for the same deal. They said they couldn't do it and said it would be 5k more. Then they tried selling me on another car. It's the second time I've tried buying a car at this dealership and neither time did it work out. It's just a shame when a man's handshake, not to mention a signed document, doesn't mean anything any longer. More

On Wednesday we called and made a deposit on a 2018 Camaro with 3600 miles on it. We were to finalize and fly down to get the car. After about 10 calls Thursday and Friday (all with promises of a ret Camaro with 3600 miles on it. We were to finalize and fly down to get the car. After about 10 calls Thursday and Friday (all with promises of a return call) we finally called to talk to a manager about what was going on. The manager would not come on the phone however another individual decided to tell us that their car “did not pass inspection” so they could refund us the money. So they put a car for sale on their lot, made a deal, and magically it doesn’t pass inspection (mind you xxxx near brand new car 3600 miles.) This dealer absolutely sold this car out from under us regardless of the fact we had placed (and they took) a deposit for it. And then didn’t have the decency to pick up the phone OR answer our phone calls to say that’s what happened. We buy cars ALL THE TIME and this was by far the worst experience with a dealer EVER. Got an alignment not too long ago because I bought brand new tires. I didn’t feel it was right. Car was still drifting to the side. I called and they tried to explain it how I was wrong and the alignment wa new tires. I didn’t feel it was right. Car was still drifting to the side. Customer service was perfect, but as far as the job goes, I regret going. Now I would have to pay to go somewhere else. More
