Routine Service Visit I have no complaints with the sales side since I've been dealing with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford. But I didn't know that there were two differe I have no complaints with the sales side since I've been dealing with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford. But I didn't know that there were two different types of service departments. What I requested, could not be done by the quick lube department. If I wanted quick lube service, I could take it to quick lube service stops such as Express Lube or Jiffy Lube and not waste an hour waiting. No one filled/topped off the windshield washer fluid. They told me that my fluids were dirty but when I checked them, they were clean. It makes me wonder if they even did what they were supposed to do with a full vehicle check like I requested. Makes me wonder if my brakes were inspected because I didn't get the comprehensive report on belts, brakes, tire tread, etc. I also stated when trying to use the rear window cleaner, that it does not work and that the fluid squirts on the ground. I was told that it could not be checked or changed. I'm not sure what changed but this was the worst service I've ever received from this dealership to date. Once I use up all my oil changes from the program, I will find someone else to do my service because this is too expensive for the service received. More
