Delivered as promised Car was in an accident on Tuesday. Had it to them 5 hours later. One day later after inspection was completed Nicholas Black informed me of all my charges and sent an itemized report as well. Told me I would have it by Wednesday of the next week. Sure enough, on Wednesday afternoon I received a call everything was completed. Body work looked great. You couldn't even tell it had been hit. Loved the salesperson but rest of experience was poor Our salesperson (April) was great. She didn’t pressure us and was very friendly and fun to work with. However, the finance department didn’t keep thei Our salesperson (April) was great. She didn’t pressure us and was very friendly and fun to work with. However, the finance department didn’t keep their promise to call back Monday and update me on the possible new interest rate. It was after midnight on a Saturday when we finally were signing papers, the finance person said he was sure given our credit score that we would qualify for a lower rate but due to it being after banks closed he could not get approval. He said that he would go ahead and have me sign at the higher rate he got approval for but would reach out on Monday with the new rate and have me come in to re-sign. Monday came never heard anything. Finally Tuesday I called and left a message and never got a callback. Tuesday afternoon I finally got in touch with him after I called again and at that time he told me that he had to go over a few deals from the weekend with his manager and would get back to me. Never heard anything. On Wednesday I went up there at that time I was told that I was not approved for a lower rate. But no one ever called to tell me this. I then asked about the “we owe” items for the car and was told that I should have an answer of when this would be done within two days. On Wednesday afternoon I talked with April Who stated she would have her manager call me so we can get everything straightened out. She followed up with me on Thursday at that time I told her I had still not talk to anybody. April then said someone would call me shortly at that time I talked with customer satisfaction manager Tiffany who agreed that thing should’ve worked differently than what they have been. She promised I would hear from her by noon the next day. Here it is the following Tuesday and I have still not heard anything. April once again reached out to make sure everything had been resolved and I explained to her that I never even got a call back. So she is checking on it once again. I pretty much feel like they told me whatever I needed to hear to get me to sign and once I signed I was no longer of importance to them. I was planning on purchasing another vehicle but given my experience with them I will go to Jim Ellis or another dealership. I can’t even get the items that are owed to me at this time. More

Customer priority was severely lacking It was difficult to give it a rating because I had three different experiences with Hendrick. Chevrolet. My initial impression was that the place was It was difficult to give it a rating because I had three different experiences with Hendrick. Chevrolet. My initial impression was that the place was fantastic. April was very good at providing customer service for a used car. You hear all these stories about used car salespersons and she was not of that mold. She was timely in getting me information and checking out specs on the car. When we test drove, she truly knew the car and it was a CHRYSLER product. She handled my paperwork with ease and I was very satisfied. Then came the disaster. On Thursday evening I spent 2.5 hours waiting to give someone my money. I didn't have to deal with financing. I had a check in my hand to give to someone so that I could buy the car. Navy Federal had approved my loan at 3.9% and I couldn't get anyone to give me an idea of what my interest rate would have been. They were calculating my payments on what I thought my interest rate would be. However, the very upsetting part was that I sat around for 2.5 hours and no one from finance came out to tell me that they were extremely busy. No One came out to see (triage) if my purchase could be handled by someone in a very short period of time. Give me a break, 2.5 hours sitting waiting to give someone my money. Hendrick has been in business for years. If they know that Friday nights or for that matter any particular night is usually busy, then they need to have more staff prepared to help the customers. If it hadn't been for April and realizing that she gets a commission from the sale, I would have left Hendrick and purchased my car elsewhere. Then, on Friday things changed. Jay or Jake in finance was fabulous. He worked with me and we moved thropugh the process effortlessly. By this time I was exhauseted and simply wanted to have my wife pick up her new car. So overall, the combination of the three experiences supports my rating of 3, and if Hendricks doesn't find a way to streamline the financing process, especially for those where financing is not an issue, others will feel like me. More
