Customer service needs major improvement. This is the second time that I have had my 2017 Silverado serviced there. Both times, upon arrival, no one came out to greet and as if they could hel This is the second time that I have had my 2017 Silverado serviced there. Both times, upon arrival, no one came out to greet and as if they could help. This past time, as in before, I called and scheduled my oil change. I went inside the area where the service techs were. A couple were standing around a monitor looking at video's. A couple were on the phone. A few were sitting there and not doing anything yet no one offered to help. Finally a guy came from out back and said can I help you. Then he told me he would be with me in a minute. I went outside and waited by my truck for about 8 to 10 minutes for him to come out. He didn't. Finally Brad Carter did. He was very friendly and listened to my concerns with some warranty issues and got my oil change under way. My appointment was at 4:30 pm est, I finally got someone to help me at 4:50, and my truck went back at 5:10 to get services. This is inexcusable. Just to compare, the previous two services were done at Nash Chevrolet, where I bought the truck, and the service advisers were all over me upon arrival. But Rick Hendrick is much closer to me than driving to Lawrenceville and this is why I came there. The only good thing that came out of my visit to RH Chevrolet was that the oil change was done at no cost. Kudos to Brad Carter for that. Not sure if I'll come back though. Too much hassle. And others in the customer waiting room experienced similar issues. More
