Aggressive and harassing sales organization I experience very unprofessional and aggressive behavior from the sales staff at Rick Hendrick Chevy in Buford, GA yesterday. It is not the first bad I experience very unprofessional and aggressive behavior from the sales staff at Rick Hendrick Chevy in Buford, GA yesterday. It is not the first bad experience I have had with their sales organization, but I assure you it will be the last. What happened: I got an unsolicited call from one of your salespeople, a Shawn Stavish, who knew that I had leased a Chevy Malibu from Rick Hendrick Buford about 2.5 years ago. He claimed that he could roll me over into a new car and keep the same payments even though my lease was not up. I have done this in the past, and I was willing to listen. He asked me to make an appointment to come into the dealership, and I did for 12:30 pm on Friday, October 12th, 2018. Later I got a text confirming the appointment. A bit of overkill, but I replied to the text confirming the meeting. Later I got a call from a woman wanting to confirm the appointment again. I was pretty annoyed at this point, but I told her that I would be there. Then, at 9:00 p.m., I got another call from a man wanting again to confirm the appointment. Now I am mad and told the person so. Who calls someone at night after business hours? I told the guy, no, because of the harassing phone calls, I would NOT be there. Then, I got a call at exactly 12:30 (wouldn’t want to be 1 minute late would we?) asking if I was going to be there. I explained that I had already told the guy at 9:00 last night that I was not going to be there. Not only does their sales organization harass potential customers, apparently they don’t communicate amongst their staff. Is the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buford dealership so desperate that it needs an unsolicited phone call, a text message, and three more phone calls to confirm a meeting? Well, Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buford has lost a customer. I only hope that they lose more so that they can take action with their sales organization. I do not blame the salesman Shawn, but based on my past experience when I bought my car, I believe the issue lies with their sales managers. More
