Salesman good, sales manager not so good I told the sales manager that I needed a $230 payment. He called back and said that he had the car and he had the deal I needed. He started me at $325 I told the sales manager that I needed a $230 payment. He called back and said that he had the car and he had the deal I needed. He started me at $325 per month. Why do you guys do this? I got to $259 and almost left but I got 8 oil changes and tire rotations for free. I was still not happy but desperate for a car. The salesman and finance guys were great but I felt lied to by the sales manager. Also I said that I HAD TO HAVE CRUISE and when the car didn't have cruise, I was asked to pay $540 out of my pocket on the car. More

In less than 30 minutes the Buford team connected the cable required to diagnose the problem and told me that they could fix it in a hour or less. Then they fixed it. How refreshing. True concern for the customer and their time. Duluth could learn a lot from Buford! More
