My experience started off great here, even though I felt like they were a little pushy to sell me the car when I walked in the door. They insisted I take the car home, I did and ended up really loving th car, so I went back the next day ready to buy and that is when everything got crazy. The sales rep Seemed ok at first, but then when I sat down to sign the papers, the “finance manager” tried to rip me off every way he could. He wanted to charge me a ludicrous interest rate (3.5 points higher than I was already preaproved for), he was was rude and patronizing, lied to me about my credit, wanted to sell me a bunch of services that I didn’t need. It was so much extra, that it would have added $300 to my monthly car payment. After we went back and forth about the services and pricing and my credit, Zaal (the Finance Manager) pulled out some scrap peace of paper that contained the negotiated car price on it out (That George the sales rep had me initial) and tried saying that because I initialed the scrap peace of paper, that I had to buy the car now no matter what interest rate and/or price they wanted to charge. Anyways, I ended up getting so upset and offended by the “finance manager” Zaal that I waled out of the dealership. Then George (the sales rep) had the audacity to send me a text message telling me that he “would have expected more integrity from a grown man”. Are you serious? Can you believe after everything they put me through that the sales rep had the audacity to question my manhood? The GM Zack and the Sales Manager Jeff contacted me and asked me to come back and give them the opportunity to make things right. They were both very nice and apologetic, and in turn gave me a great deal on the car. Which is the only reason I didn’t give them one star. I really love the car and did get a good deal, but that isn’t where this ended... Unfortunately, after I got the car, then I started receiving all of these “reject” letters from the finance companies stating that I wasn’t approved because of the car was “over valued” and the loan was “too high” for my credit. The reason for these credit decline decisions was because the “finance manager” tried to attach all the extra garbage onto my loan over valuing what the car was worth (I.e. gap insurance, extended warranty, maintenance agreements, under coating, paint protection, etc.). The car was being purchased “brand new”, why do I need a warranty on my warranty? That is stupid?? I had already obtained my own financing before I walked in the door; I advise you to do the same so they don’t take advantage of you. Lastly, I noticed that I was missing parts that should have came with the car and I tried calling Zack to inquire about them but he has not returned my call. I called General Mitors and they gave me a claim number. I guess I will have to call them back again to get the parts from General Motors since Rick Hendrick does not want to provide them to me. More

went above expectations Had my M37x Infiniti hood and front bumper repaired here - paint blending, and body work was far above what I expected. I feel like I have a new car! They also washed the exterior and cleaned the interior for me, shined the tires, and I can't wait to show my car off again :) More

It wasn’t pleasant Let me start off by saying normally I have a great experience here that is the reason I didn’t give them less than 3 stars but this day not so much. After waiting an hour and a half for my oil change I got to the check out felt a little rushed and unimportant while normally it’s the opposite, he didn’t even care to check on my account or anything to make sure I really didn’t need to pay for my oil change just took my word for it.Also, after I left I realized the splash shield was not attached and I had to wait on the side of the road for someone to come fix it, he then zip tied it which I’m not even sure that is the proper way for it to be attached. More

New Equinox Purchase on 8/5/18 - Great Experience Just bought a new Equinox on Sunday. It was a long day, but our salesperson, Calandra, was awesome, and we were able to get the deal we wanted at the Just bought a new Equinox on Sunday. It was a long day, but our salesperson, Calandra, was awesome, and we were able to get the deal we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The sales manager (his name has escaped me) was friendly and accommodating, and the finance manager, Cole, made quick work of our paperwork. This is our second vehicle purchase from Rick Hendrick of Buford, and we will return here again when it is time to upgrade my husband's truck. Very very happy with my new car, and grateful to have a dealership that we can trust to be honest and fair (and to have a little fun while doing it). More
Oil Change Was offered free car wash. But it couldn’t have been washed because the same dirt that I saw on my rear driver panel was still there. So I thought may Was offered free car wash. Then week later my oil light comes on so I’m thinking, what I have an oil leak? Nope they never reset my dash to 100%. Minor things but it’s like c’mon man, really! More
