Sells and finance dept needs training Contacted by email at first requesting the “E-price” and telling them NOT to call us. Ended up getting an email with absolutely no information about t Contacted by email at first requesting the “E-price” and telling them NOT to call us. Ended up getting an email with absolutely no information about the “e-Price”. Decided to drive to the dealer. While working with another salesman Darwin(responder to the email) calls us—given we said NOT TO CALL. Was told that they can’t give the price via email or over the phone. What a joke! All this secrecy Over $250!! Talked with Gavin for a bit, decided to shop around. Went back the next day and requested Gavin since we had already informed him what we were looking for and spoke the day prior About what we wanted price wise. We explained to him that we have excellent credit and that we expected a good interest rate. Don’t come back with an outrageous rate. Which he did! We work hard to keep our excellent credit rating and this is a slap in the face to anyone with a high credit score. Your finance dept should be ashame. Wasting our time and your salesman time. Playing games with customers. After coming to an agreement one terms it was another 3hrs to wrap things up. We put a large amount down in cash, which we had to help feed into a machine ridiculous!! Will I shop at your dealership again—No More

Most salesmen once you buy you never here from them again I have spoke with Gavin 4 days after my sell .He was just making sure I was happy! That’s what matters. I had a minor issue with my brakes and rotors these guys took car if it quickly .Overall I give these guys 9 of 10 . I would defiantly buy from here again. More
