You pull into your service bay and a junior employee looks over your vehicle and fills out some paperwork that must be signed, only to take that paperwork to a service advisor who inputs something into the system. Their our several stations for these service advisors to work at but over 70% are empty, reminds me of going to a grocery store with 10 checkout lines but only one lane open. You need to go study how Mercedes Benz handles service appointments. I push a button in my car, which connects me to service and an appointment is scheduled. They then come to my home or office and pick the car off and drop it off. If you ever want corvette to stand out with other high end cars you have to fix your dysfunctional GM process and learn from the leaders. More

I could have gone to other places to purchase and continue maintenance on the quality of my car, but I choose Chevy. If I come in your service department and say I have concerns regarding my vehicle, please take a look at it and don’t second guess my concerns, your job is to make me feel comfortable coming to you and leaving with high confidence in your workmanship and the people who service we the people. When Brandon Mouzaks in the sales department sold me the car a year ago, I went telling everyone about my sales person and the friendly, courteous service I received. I never had a vehicle that gave me so much problems and trust me I had Mercedes, Lexus, Toyota.....as a matter a fact I traded in my Lexus for this Malibu, the service area in Buford making me regret my decision on doing so, I’m beginning to hate my car😞🙁. Maybe my hastyness for not wanting to give recommendations to this service location can be because of my last experience...how can you tell a customer to get, take your keys after I voice my concerns about the ongoing problems and the 100 deductible you are telling me to paid. The problem was not resolved initially so I don’t understand the policy of transparency, honesty and loyalty to consumers especially friendly customer service...dam I was upset for two days More
They did a very good job! So in the past I have had issues with the service center. They have a new manager in charge now and the past two visits have been very positive. I took it in for an oil change and also an alignment and they were able to get it done well within the time frame they gave me. In the past they were always very slow and never very helpful, so to say I am happily surprised with this visit is an understatement. More

His finance department's manager, Adam, was probably one of the most impressive people I have been around in awhile. Great Experience When I first went to Rick Hendrick I had an amazing experience with George Kaminsky. He was very helpful and attentive and made sure all my questions were answered even after I left the dealership. I went back to Rick Hendrick to look at a car that George recommended and I loved it! Unfortunately George was not there at that time but I had an amazing experience with Gary Webb. He let me test drive the car and was super patient when I was indecisive. He helped me get a great deal and has been helping me even after buying the car. I had to come back for a service appointment and Gary has been in constant contact with me to make sure everything is going smoothly. I would highly recommend both Gary and George! More
