Got a new 2018 Silverado I had a good experience at Rick Hendrick. The only issue I had was that I was there for 5 hours the first day and had to come back a week later becaus I had a good experience at Rick Hendrick. The only issue I had was that I was there for 5 hours the first day and had to come back a week later because my financing wasn’t approved. I had to sign for a higher interest rate. My credit was run 5 times which hurt my credit even after the original approval the first time it was run. More

Service errors! Brought my Silverado 2016 in for service. Transmission fluid change and routine inspection. After a couple days was stranded on the side of the road with no transmission fluid. There were no leaks so I can only assume that your tech failed to replace after draining. Had truck towed to the dealership and was left hanging with no call back from my service person Brad. Luckily for me Katie was outstanding and kept me informed after I called to figure out what was going on. Ended up leaving me truck there and purchasing another. Never found out what happened to my truck and transmission. Sales person Shawn Stavish and my new truck is outstanding. I will definitely be returning to Shawn when I buy my next vehicle! More
