Great experience, specially when done from Texas! Anyone who lives out of state needs to check out Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. They had a Roush Mustang that looked great on the internet. The price was already great so I mainly asked about the car itself. I explained the I was in Texas and was very interested in the car. I asked if he had actually driven the car and he admitted that he hadn't. He said he would take it out around the block and text me a few pictures and then call me back. When he called back after I had gotten several text from him, I asked for his honest opinion of the car. He said it was very clean, in cherry shape for 2014 with only 13000 miles. I told him I wanted the car and that I would make the 16 hour drive to pick it up but I would need to give my boss a couple days notice before I could take time off from work. I told him I was willing to make the drive on his word the car was good but that if it wasn't as represented when I got there I would be pissed and drive back home without the car. We were talking on Saturday and he talked with his manager and they agreed to hold the car till Wednesday. I made the very long drive and took the Mustang for a test drive. It was a great car at a great price and they bent over backwards to help me. To make a long story short, I gave them my keys and signed the papers for the Mustang and started the drive back the same day. It was a great experience with very friendly and helpful people. More

Plus they normally week your car with an oil change which ids great but I spent $370 for the wipers motor and they didn't even wash it!!! How disappointing More

New car Great attitude and people. They missed a paint scratch that should have been handled before the car was sold let alone picked up. I do not think that Great attitude and people. I do not think that this was a deal breaker as I bought the car however they made no effort to acknowledge this is a miss that should not have occurred on a $100k car. The issue still needs to be fixed and as I live 2-3 hours away it costs me time and money. It was disappointing. However to be clear I would reccomend and buy from them again. They are a trustworthy dealer which is not an easy thing to find. More

Pretty little unicorn Zeb helped us find what we now call our blue unicorn a used 2008 Chevy equinox sport.
