Car purchase Our sales person was great however the finance process was horrible. It took 3 hours to close the loan and in the end the VIN number was incorrect on Our sales person was great however the finance process was horrible. It took 3 hours to close the loan and in the end the VIN number was incorrect on everything. It was a mistake which I understand. My real issue is the amount of time it took for the loan. I will not buy another car at this dealership if I have the same experience again. You need to create a way to streamline the steps or you will lose business. More

Great service once we got in Scheduling was irritating. Nobody would return our calls to make an appointment. We have had these issues before. She told him of her frustration with lack of communication. He really stepped up and took great care of her. Jeff told her to just call him directly from now on and he would try to get the scheduling procedures fixed. The service then was great. She had our Camaro serviced perfectly and quickly.
