This place takes Forever Got to dealership at 1pm. Test drove car and negotiated price, done at 3pm. Sat there waiting to go to finance department until 7PM. Does it really take 6 hours to actually buy a car here? CarMax did my last car in 2.5 hours. It's been over 2 weeks and they still have not paid off my trade in. No one in finance can take my calls or call me back after 3 tries it's awfully frustrating. Obviously they do not want my service business on the vehicle if this is the way they treat customers they must not have very many repeat customers. I won't be!! More

I’ll admit I was there to buy a used VW and so communication issues speaking VW at a Chevy dealer (and there were) was to be expected so no harm there. No need to go into great detail but our sales associate, Cliff, single handedly pulled this one out of the recesses of Car Buying xxxx and made the experience as painless as possible, His hustle alone earned this place four stars and if I could award the 5th star to Cliff I would. He was down to earth and easy to talk to and ready to listen. Even though we spoke different “dialects” he still speaks “car” and that’s universal. I’m glad to have gotten off to that rocky start because we saw just what one person at RHCB was willing to go through and it meant a lot. I will say the finance guys were a little pushy with the service contract but that’s one way these places make a lot of money. But they need to take it out on Clark Howard and Consumer Reports because they’re the one’s who said “don’t do it”. Other than that one moment everything was beyond satisfactory. More
