I voiced my concern and the GM there said how that wasnt acceptable and he would send me a $250 gift card - never happened, even after reminding via email my rep on 4 occassions. Furthermore, I have a ‘we owe’ doc to fix a busted bumper that was only noticed by me and wasnt shared with me during the sale process - I was told of 2/9/18 that i wld be contacted in a couple of days by svc dept - again, no such luck. As someone who overseas a couple of hundred people themselves and works with 2568 sales people I know there is nothing more important than doing what you say you are going to do - dont expect it from here. More

Thank you I know this maintenance department can be very stressful as people can be rude and want fast turn arounds on their vehicles. However, my experience every time iv visited this dealership as been impeccable. the staff is very nice and on point, my car gets taken care of every time the right way and i will always feel comfortable returning. I truly appreciate Kevin wellborns work, somethings may be out of his hands but he always delivers the best result when i need it. i understand some people can get angry so fast over the smallest thing but iv decided to write this review for you because your work is truly appreciated by me. please keep doing what you're doing More

Worst experience in 8 years I called rick hendriks to make a service appointment for my traverse. I just wanted to get what they advised me to get the last time i got my oil chan I called rick hendriks to make a service appointment for my traverse. I just wanted to get what they advised me to get the last time i got my oil change. I could not remember what they had suggested. I thought it was a 30k service. The person i spoke with yelled at me that my vehicle had more than 30 k miles so why would i want a 30 k mile service? I asked if there was any record of what was suggested last time. I mentioned that whatever services recommended last time would cost about $499.00 or so. She could not locate any records and advised me that she would call over to the service department. She put me on hold and got back to me and said the service advisor was off. I said i just wanted to make an appointment to get whatever the recommended service was. I asked if she had a menu of options. She could not find the menu of options and did not seem to know what was offered at any particular mileage.I asked to speak with her supervisor. She put me on hold and then it became disconnected. I called back. Evidently the supervisor answered. She apologized for the disconnection and the other person’s lack of knowledge. She then stated that she found what was recommended the last time. I asked her what the total would be. She stated it would be close to $850.00 or so. ( not even close to $499.00). I was finally able to make the saturday drop off appointment. When i went inside i saw the service menu. It said the “best” service for my mileage was $729.00. The four items they suggested to get were listed separately. ( the 4 most expensive services). I then told them that i got a “service tracktion control “ warning on the way there and asked them to look at it. They were quick to tell me that it would be $130.00 just to look at it. I told her I paid for an extended warranty. she was eventually able to locate that info and let me know about the $100.00 deductable. At that point i was so frustrated with the entire process I didnt care how much they charged me. I had made an appointment and had a ride waiting for me. This process took more than 30 minutes. Another service advisor( i guess attempting to help, asked me if i knew this service would take more than 4 hours in a condescending tone) I have been a rick hendriks customer for 8 years and have purchased 6 vehicles with them. All cars have been serviced with rick hendriks. There is a NOTICEABLE change with the customer service and a general state of confusion when it comes to making appointments for regular service. i certainly didnt appreciate the bait and switch for the most expensive services either. All said when i picked up my car two days later, the bill was over $900.00. i will be taking all 3 of my cars to Andean for service from now on. More
