Unusual but good expereince I had been following cars online and when this vehicle was reduced and we would be in the area, we decided to stop in. We were only going to test driv I had been following cars online and when this vehicle was reduced and we would be in the area, we decided to stop in. We were only going to test drive it to see if it was a vehicle we should seriously consider. After the test drive, we decided to purchase. Being from out of town and without our trade-in, we weren't sure how the deal could be arranged. Angelo and Adam were great to work with and we quickly made the deal. No car buying is fast but considering we didn't have our trade and the dealer agreed to replace a couple of exterior parts, we left thinking we had made a good deal. The parts took longer than expected and a warning light came on but the original make dealer corrected the issue and we have our car. Kudos to Angelo and Adam who have been very communicative and helpful. The dealer was super busy but we didn't feel rushed and I would consider making another purchase here. More

Frustrating I called and made an appt for an oil change giving all my vehicle details in advance. They called back days before to verify. Upon arrival it took 15 I called and made an appt for an oil change giving all my vehicle details in advance. They called back days before to verify. Upon arrival it took 15 minutes to check in, only to be told they didn't carry the oil my car needed. After another 10 minutes they discovered the parts department had an acceptable oil to use. So they did the oil change which they told me came with a multi-point inspection because I told them my front brakes were squealing. Upon completion when I asked about the brakes they said they must be good since nothing was said. I asked for the written inspection which I always get at other GM dealers and they said there wasn't one. I also asked what percent brake pad I had left and what they thought was causing the squeal and again they said they didn't know, so I'm pretty sure they didn't even look at them. More
