Terrible, no management Terrible customer service, will never be back. Dropped my truck off around 8:00 on Saturday morning for simple service that should have been less than Terrible customer service, will never be back. Dropped my truck off around 8:00 on Saturday morning for simple service that should have been less than one hour and 8 hours later job not complete. It started off bumpy when it took 15 minutes or more to just try to leave my truck for service. Guy tells me $90 for oil change, after questioning him he agreed that was not correct. I told him I would be back after lunch to get my truck and he replied no problem. When I got there around 3:00 to pick it up three people just stared at me, asked how they could help and then walked away. Customer service rep I was working with finally walked in and told me tech was still changing my headlight. One hour later headlight still not changed. I was told because I dropped truck off they bumped every other customer in front of me all day long, even though I intentionally got up early to leave my vehicle. How does that make sense??When I asked for a manager I was told one was not on duty. Terrible customer service, a manager or assistant manager should always be on duty in service oriented business. I was told Saturday was always busiest day of the week but they only work half staff. Unless your time is not important to you I would highly suggest never coming to this location. There is no sense of urgency to get the customer taken care of and out the door. People just sit around and stare at you. More

Purchase of a Z51 Corvette, salesperson Darwin Young Looking for a specific interior on a new Corvette, found the interior I needed at Hendricks in Bufford Ga. Purchased a Traverse, wouldn't go back Bought a Traverse with low miles. Manager said he would get me a 2nd set of keys if we could agree on the deal. I stopped by for my key 3 times. Final Bought a Traverse with low miles. Manager said he would get me a 2nd set of keys if we could agree on the deal. I stopped by for my key 3 times. Finally they could do it. Turns out it was an old dirty key fab. I said that's weird what's wrong with it. They said well somebody has to pay for key fabs so you get a used one since you already have the car in possession. Car i bought had under 13,000 miles on it. Key fab is yellowed. Thanks guys. The only thing I asked was for the key. Price didn't go down, and not even a full tank of gas and filled tires when I picked it up. After paperwork problems, a little title mess, and now a very used gross key fab, I'm just not feeling great. More
