They were able to fix all the issues faster than they promised. I have always appreciated the Hendrick Service Center. I am confident when I leave there that my truck is fixed properly. BTW my truck has 165k miles on it so it does need service from time to time. More

Worst experience of my life! This has been an absolute nightmare! I had the car for less than 90 days and the engine blew up! The car was brought in from another Hendrick dealership, Mall of Georgia Mini and they serviced it improperly prior to my taking possession. Ryan Deaton and David Cauthen have been great, but that is the extent of my satisfaction with this dealership. They should do the right thing and either give me another car or fix the car that I currently have, there is no reasonable alternative. If they don't, I will be stuck with a vehicle that has zero value but has a monthly payment for the next 56 months. My next step is to go to all forms of media and express my concerns. Following that, it will involve legal action. More
