I was pleased with the initial contact...then things changed I found this dealership from cargurus.com. They were the only dealership that had the exact vehicle that I was looking for and reasonably priced. I co I found this dealership from cargurus.com. I reached "Ominique Malone", Sales Rep. She was very polite and friendly from the beginning. I made an appointment, then met with her the same day. My car buying experience didn't feel like your typical sales interaction. It was more like car shopping with a friend. THEN I had the opportunity of meeting Cole Asberry, Finance Rep. He was straight forward and very patient with me. I asked 101 questions and he answered every single one. I'm very detailed and analytical so I question everything. He never gave me the impression that I was "getting on his nerves" but he took the time to ensure I understood every piece of paper I was signing. I greatly appreciate the experience. However, I can say that the overall customer service could use some work. There were several individuals that I spoke to that looked me right in my face and didn't speak, even after I said Hello! I'm big on customer service. It doesn't take two seconds to open your mouth and say something, especially if I'm patronizing your business. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied. Update: Since I purchased the vehicle, it's been extremely difficult to get assistance over the phone. I've called several times, was hung up on and left messages with the receptionist, all to no avail. Kind of disappointing. I was promised verbally and in writing a service maintenance report and carfax report. I have yet to receive them. I was told a letter that I needed for insurance would be provided. Still haven't received it nor have I gotten a call back regarding it. I'm not looking for the stars and the moon, just consistency and honesty. Please do what you advertise and say you're going to do. Remember, you too are someone's customer(s). More

I think they could’ve done better without me having to 4 x 4 should’ve been cheaper. More
