recent purchase The initial loaner process was easy and quick when we were interested in a vehicle, but every interaction afterwards seemed unorganized and not custom The initial loaner process was easy and quick when we were interested in a vehicle, but every interaction afterwards seemed unorganized and not customer focused. The negotiation process was disappointing including providing us with an inaccurate figure of what price the dealer would need to receive for the vehicle. Even after agreeing to paying more than originally quoted and scheduling a time to come back in to do the paperwork, I had to wait almost an hour. As I started to leave the dealership out of frustration, only then was I provided with service. I was told they were under-staffed that evening and because I didn't want to wait any longer, they agreed to send the paperwork to me. In hind-sight I wished I had not agreed to this because it only furthered the waiting and became another challenge to nail down an arrival time and I had to text several times and/or call so, again I was waiting. I am not going to complain about any specific employees as I believe it was more of an overall business-flow issue. I have received my title information so the paperwork appears to have all been filed appropriately and I am enjoying my new vehicle, but wanted to take a moment to comment because the car buying process certainly could have been a lot more smooth. More

Oil change and tire rotation I called for an appointment and I received an acceptable time. Upon arrival, I wqs promptly greeted and received all my service requests.
