DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE Worst car dealership experience ever. Was trying to buy a 2015 Ford Mustang that the dealership had listed online. Through several phone calls with a Worst car dealership experience ever. Was trying to buy a 2015 Ford Mustang that the dealership had listed online. Through several phone calls with a salesman by the name of Drew back and forth, we finally settled on a price. Called them Saturday morning to confirm that we were coming to buy the car, because we live 2 hours away, and would be paying with a check. They instructed us to have the cashiers check made out to the dealership. No problem, went to the bank got the check and proceeded to drive the 2 hour drive. Upon arrival we asked for Drew and he sat us at his desk and said he would be right back. 20-30 minutes later he returns with a “sales manager” to inform us that the car isn’t even there. It had supposedly been taken to a Ford dealership down the street to have a recall fixed and the car is partially disassembled and that I could go ahead and purchase the car and come back on Monday to pick it up, which no one in their right mind would pay for something and not even see it! So after all of the phone calls and everything they waited until we drove 2 hours to tell us this! Also we had informed them that it was a surprise for our son to drive to prom that evening.... It was listed as an automatic with a clean car fax also, which I also confirmed over the phone. After leaving there I decided to pull the car fax myself using the vin number provided, so then I find out that car is not even a automatic! It’s a six speed manual, which I would have never even considered. It was also not having a recall fixed, it was having major front end work that was caused from being wrecked recently. Long story short DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I would strongly discourage anyone doing business with these shady people. Go next door to the Mall of Georgia Ford Dealership they are great honest people who bent over backwards and got us into what we were looking for and still got to surprise our son in time for prom. More

The good and the bad Very nice and friendly people. They try very hard to make buying a new vehicle pleasant. Same thing every time I schulded an appointment for an oil change and to have my Bluetooth looked at as it has not been working.I can connect to it but the sound does not c I schulded an appointment for an oil change and to have my Bluetooth looked at as it has not been working.I can connect to it but the sound does not come out of the speakers.The party on the other end cannot hear me nor I them.I was told that both would take an hour to be completed.When I got to the dealership I was told that it would take an hour to do the oil change, another hour to put my car on the dionstics machine,and an unknown about of time to fix them problem. Had I been told this when I made the appointment I could have made arangments to leave my car and come back.I only had the oil changed as I did not have time to wait.The customer service person didn't seem to care at all that I had been misinformed.He actually said to me that they couldn't do the diodostics on the car while it was in the air having the oil changed which I found, was an insult to my intelligence..He handed me my paperwork,didn't go over any of the service they did to my car,did not thank me in any way,shape or form for my business and again seemed like he could care less if I did business with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet at all.Had I not purchased the service plan,I would not be. More
