Not up to par Asked for car wash.....they brought it back soaking wet.....looked worse than when I brought it in. Waiting room was ok. Service was done quickly and on time. Service advisors were nice. Should not have to tell a car business how to wash and DRY a car. More

WORST experience EVER!! The service we got from the salesman was good. But after we signed the papers we then found out we couldnt have the car just yet as it had not been in The service we got from the salesman was good. But after we signed the papers we then found out we couldnt have the car just yet as it had not been inspected. So thats ok we can be patient.. A week later still not ready, aparently needed a recall issue adressed, ok thats understandable, again being patient. Two weeks after signing we get a call " your vehicle is ready to pick up!" . Were all excited until we get there and see that not only did the issues all not get resolved but that in fact service or detailing had actually caused more damage and not all issues were even addressed. I could really go on and on and elaborate further, but Ill spare you. I will say this.... Do not trust what they tell you and do not give them your business! I ended up getting my down payment refunded and left the "new" vehicle there! Very poir communication very poor service!!! More

This place takes Forever Got to dealership at 1pm. Test drove car and negotiated price, done at 3pm. Sat there waiting to go to finance department until 7PM. Does it really take 6 hours to actually buy a car here? CarMax did my last car in 2.5 hours. It's been over 2 weeks and they still have not paid off my trade in. No one in finance can take my calls or call me back after 3 tries it's awfully frustrating. Obviously they do not want my service business on the vehicle if this is the way they treat customers they must not have very many repeat customers. I won't be!! More

We didn't have the typical "waiting game" at other dealerships and Johnny never disappeared on us like other salesmen do at other dealerships. They were honest and upfront from the start! Best car buying experience of my life! The financing was easy with Cole and he kept us entertained during the process with his exciting dirt bike stories! They all really make you feel like a friend.
