Extraordinarily POOR Salesmanship I am happy with my vehicle, which I should be thankful for. But the dealership has lost my complete confidence via their deceptive sales techniques. The only high point I can make about this experience is that Finance Specialist Cole Asberry knew we were very upset about our experience thus far. And when we asked him to please NOT try to up sell us anything else, he did not. We told him that if that happens we were going to walk out. I am happy with our vehicle so far.....but I really and truly wish we had walked out your doors and looked for another Chevrolet dealership. More

Apple car play issue not resolved The purpose of the appointment was to get the Apple Car Play feature working right. I cannot ask the Siri to call someone as the contact information a The purpose of the appointment was to get the Apple Car Play feature working right. I cannot ask the Siri to call someone as the contact information automatically pops up. Also, when I plug in my I-phone with the Apple cord, SM radio switches to a previous song than what;s playing but does not play music. After pushing several buttons and disconnecting my phone, the radio works correctly. This is very frustrating and has been going on since I bought the car in October but to get help is impossible. Also, checking the Ca Play issues cannot be done in the dealer's garage since there is no signal. Also, I thought the phone used to ring when a call comes in but it does not, should it? They treat me like I do not know what I am talking about. They did rotate the tires and change the oil while it was there. More

Horrible service I went to get a oil change on 2/11/18 which I’ve been coming every 3 or 4 months since I purchased my vehicle 4/29/17 had no problem always had a $0 b I went to get a oil change on 2/11/18 which I’ve been coming every 3 or 4 months since I purchased my vehicle 4/29/17 had no problem always had a $0 bill after service, but on this particular day they informed me my vehicle wasn’t covered with their oil change program 🤔mind you they changed my oil before in the past with no problems, then the cashier told me my car VIN NUMBER was under someone else name and how they’ll have to talk to financing, came back the cashier was new and didn’t exactly know what she was doing but they then told me since my vehicle was protected under the oil change program I’ll have to pay $50 which I thought was absolutely ridiculous bc why this time was I having to pay for a service they previously charged me $0for? I asked to speak to the GM they told me their busy couldn’t get to me at the moment I asked can I speak to a manager they came back with same thing which by then I’m a furious 😡 I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again!!! Mind you when I purchased my vehicle they put me in 4 different vehicle bc they said it was something with the financing and wouldn’t give me my traded vehicle back or my down payment back! This is a lesson learned I was referred by my fiancé bc he gotten a car from them and he was completely satisfied with the service but after my experience neither me or him will never do business with them again nor refer anyone else 🙅🏽???
