All ended well First car we bought was to be shipped from their NC dealership. The car was sold and delivered to another party by mistake in NC. Nice Sales Guy, Poor follow up During the course of my ‘customer experience’ buying a Suburban I waited 56 minutes after saying ‘yes’ to actually see a finance person. I voiced my concern and the GM there said how that wasnt acceptable and he would send me a $250 gift card - never happened, even after reminding via email my rep on 4 occassions. Furthermore, I have a ‘we owe’ doc to fix a busted bumper that was only noticed by me and wasnt shared with me during the sale process - I was told of 2/9/18 that i wld be contacted in a couple of days by svc dept - again, no such luck. As someone who overseas a couple of hundred people themselves and works with 2568 sales people I know there is nothing more important than doing what you say you are going to do - dont expect it from here. More
