This time Todd the tech that got the problem came out to talk to me about the fact I tow the vehicle. His question was what do I do when I prepare to tow the vehicle. After I explained the sequence of events to tow the vehicle , he explained what was causing of the problem . As result of the conversation we determined the fact I was not reinstalling the 2 amp fuse after towing was resulting in the problem. As result of the face to face conversation my problem and confidence in the techs at your dealership has been restored. I cannot over emphasize my Thanks and Highly recommend TODD for any recognition you give. More

My recent visit I had an issue with my a/c . I couldn’t believe a 3,5 year old truck had 2 Freon leaks. I’m upset with Chevrolet, not the dealership. They took gre I had an issue with my a/c . I’m just worried now how long it will be before another leak. My warranty may be gone by then. Chevrolet needs to have better quality. This may definitely change my mind about buying another one. I called ahead of time for service I live in Jefferson, so I called ahead of time to see if the Service Department could look at my tires and my brakes on my 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco to tel I live in Jefferson, so I called ahead of time to see if the Service Department could look at my tires and my brakes on my 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco to tell me what kind of shape they were in. I called 1-844-804-5638 and the girl that answered transferred me to a service technician who did not tell me his name, but said "Yes, we can look at your tires and your brakes for free if that is all that you are wanting done. When can you be here?" I told him I would be there in an hour or two. I asked him if I needed to mention his name and he said "No, I will probably be gone, but you can talk to anybody in the Service Department, so he did not give me his name. When I entered the Service Department, David Blood was the Service Consultant that spoke to me. David Blood did not take my word when I told him that the service technician had told me that I could have my tires and brakes checked out for free, so he made a call and looked at his computer and found my cell phone number. I had to explain everything to him which I felt was ridiculous. David Blood also embarrassed me in front of everyone in the Service Department because he kept saying that everyone was there and that nobody had left to go home, even though the service technician had told me on the phone that he would probably be gone when I got there. I do not like the way that David Blood treated me as a customer and I hope that he will not treat another customer the way that he treated me. Because of the way that David Blood did treat me, when I left I decided that I would not come back and buy my four tires from Rick Hendricks in Buford and that I would go somewhere else. More

I don't like being lied to. Then I was denied repair under warranty I declined repair I was charged $154 to hook up a computer to read Diagnostics when they didn't even give me the actual readings I didn't even gives me an efficiency test readings all I got was a code po430 which I already knew but no test was actually done. More
