We wanted a Tahoe. But we got the dinky version of a Tahoe. We were told one price per month of $320. Then in finances it was $428. With maintenance agreement. We didn't ask for it. Its a waste of time. Then the monthly payment was $366. We were there about 5 hours. We couldn't understand why things kept changing. We knew what we could do monthly. We r not rich. But we understand u are there to many money. 2 people there acted like they were money hungry. We knew our needs for a newer car. And we knew our budget. We were quoted. $320. Per month by the used car manager. They kept having to leave the finance office to talk to other people. Then come back with different paper work. They should have ask us first about the maintenance agreement before any paper work. 5 hours was a long time. More

Poor used car sales manager I wen to Rick Hendrick to purchase a use Land Rover. I test drove it and everything was going smooth until it came down to pricing. Adam Rubin their “ used car sales manager” would not budge at all on the price. That really did not bother me that much, because it was priced competitive. However a person still wants some off just to fell like you are getting a deal. The thing that bothered me is what he want to give me on my trade in. He offered me 4,000 low from KBB.. this to me was insulting my intelligence. Then he would not budge on coming up on the trade in to something reasonable. These guys did not want to sell a car today and Adam was a bit of a jerk about it. I will buy my used Land Rover some where else and would not recommend anyone this dealership! More
