Waiting to see Matt took forever, we had to come in two days due to me having to thaw my credit, but overall we had to wait nearly 4 hours to see Matt. I spent less time waiting to see people to process paperwork to buy my house. You might want to consider offering people appointments to see finance instead of having them wait hours. More

Service Excellent customer service! I was initially concerned that it was going to take a long time to have my car serviced and I had to bring my two young ch Excellent customer service! I was initially concerned that it was going to take a long time to have my car serviced and I had to bring my two young children. The employees were very friendly and the receptionist gave my children coloring books and crayons to color with while we waited. Our wait time was actually very short and we were in and out of there in a very short time! I was also pleased with the quality of work.
