Purchased a Traverse, wouldn't go back Bought a Traverse with low miles. Manager said he would get me a 2nd set of keys if we could agree on the deal. I stopped by for my key 3 times. Final Bought a Traverse with low miles. Manager said he would get me a 2nd set of keys if we could agree on the deal. I stopped by for my key 3 times. Finally they could do it. Turns out it was an old dirty key fab. I said that's weird what's wrong with it. They said well somebody has to pay for key fabs so you get a used one since you already have the car in possession. Car i bought had under 13,000 miles on it. Key fab is yellowed. Thanks guys. The only thing I asked was for the key. Price didn't go down, and not even a full tank of gas and filled tires when I picked it up. After paperwork problems, a little title mess, and now a very used gross key fab, I'm just not feeling great. More

I have to recognize Gavin Harrison, who really made the deal come through, as he was VERY attentive to my every question and text I sent him. He should be promoted to Asst Sales Manager. I would have given this dealership a five star review, however, it took two hours to release the vehicle to me on the day of pick up given the dealership knew I had to catch a plane. And the 2 hour wait almost made me late for my flight. Too much waiting for customers due to paperwork or whatever. That being the case, I will still recommend Hendrick Chevrolet to all our friends and family in the area. Thank you so very much! More

Stay far away! We have bought 4 cars from them in the last 3 years and they are hustlers. We will never be back. We bought a used car for $34k from them 18 months ago. It's sat in our garage for 18 months, we've only put 1,000 miles max on it in the 18 months. We went it to sell it back and they offered us $21k. They don't stand behind their product. Steer clear of this dealership. We've been long time, regular customers and the new management does not stand behind their product. There is no customer loyalty appreciation here. The customer service has gone down hill. We are really disappointed after our most recent experience here and would like to warn others to take their business elsewhere. You will regret buying a car here, I know from personal experience.
