Horrible service I went to get a oil change on 2/11/18 which I’ve been coming every 3 or 4 months since I purchased my vehicle 4/29/17 had no problem always had a $0 b I went to get a oil change on 2/11/18 which I’ve been coming every 3 or 4 months since I purchased my vehicle 4/29/17 had no problem always had a $0 bill after service, but on this particular day they informed me my vehicle wasn’t covered with their oil change program 🤔mind you they changed my oil before in the past with no problems, then the cashier told me my car VIN NUMBER was under someone else name and how they’ll have to talk to financing, came back the cashier was new and didn’t exactly know what she was doing but they then told me since my vehicle was protected under the oil change program I’ll have to pay $50 which I thought was absolutely ridiculous bc why this time was I having to pay for a service they previously charged me $0for? I asked to speak to the GM they told me their busy couldn’t get to me at the moment I asked can I speak to a manager they came back with same thing which by then I’m a furious 😡 I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again!!! Mind you when I purchased my vehicle they put me in 4 different vehicle bc they said it was something with the financing and wouldn’t give me my traded vehicle back or my down payment back! This is a lesson learned I was referred by my fiancé bc he gotten a car from them and he was completely satisfied with the service but after my experience neither me or him will never do business with them again nor refer anyone else 🙅🏽??? More
