Worst Experience EVER!! They sold me a demo with 7500 miles on it! Not one person manager or salesman told me the miles when I bought and the miles were hid when I drove off They sold me a demo with 7500 miles on it! Not one person manager or salesman told me the miles when I bought and the miles were hid when I drove off. I found on internet where they had it advertised as a NEW car with the miles not listed, and I paid new car price. I tried NUMUROUS times to contact the GM, but he was "too busy" to call me back. They kept saying they "understood" but the DONT! What if one of them bought a car with 7500 miles on it and was sold as a new car?? Every time I drive the car I get sick to my stomach! DONT SHOP THERE!!! More

Never use dealership for service on your car This service department is a joke!!! My 2012 Chevrolet Equinox has had an oil consumption problem for almost 2 years now, without a recall. I finally This service department is a joke!!! My 2012 Chevrolet Equinox has had an oil consumption problem for almost 2 years now, without a recall. I finally in the last month or so got a letter stating that if your car has this problem, that it would be fixed at no charge. I called and made my appointment. In the mean time, I was taking my charge in every 1000 miles for them to check my oil and monitor it to see if maybe we could possibly get them to fix it. During that time is when the letter came. The next week I took my equinox in, they gave me a rental car. I asked, this is all going to be covered, he said yes, as long as we don't find anything else wrong. While I was waiting in the waiting room, I get a call on my cell phone, it was the Sales department wanting to do an an estimate to see how much my car was worth, to see if I wanted to buy a new car. I clearly said, no, my car has just been paid off and I do not want want a car payment. Long story short, on Monday, Memorial day, Ed calls me to tell me they found a possible problem with the camshaft and wanted to charge me $649.00. I called my son, who is a mechanic and told him about it and he says that the camshaft actuator is part of the timing gears, which is what they were replacing for the oil consumption problem. They should have not tried to charge me for it and instead, wanted to charge me for it plus labor when they were already inside the motor, fixing the other issue. Well, 350 ish miles later, my check engine light comes on and I take it to get a diagnostic. It gave a code that is for the camshaft, which they replaced, solenoid. My son said that it should've been replaced when they did the camshaft. The service person, Ed Barnes was very rude to me. When I told him I had an appt with him, he said, not with me you don't and took his time to come out. When he did, he had terrible attitude. I ended leaving there without wanting to ever let them work on my car again, since they seem to want to get money out of you, any way they can. I will never use a dealership service department again. More

Pre-sales commitments not met and calls ignored after the sale Long story of bad experience with my recent purchase of Suburban 2017 late March 2017. Pre-sales commitments not met and calls ignored after the sale was finalized. Adding Sunroof and DVD were agreed before the signing with sales rep Darius Tyler, and was promised will be factory done. Came back with issues with falling roof board and loose sunroof control and they need to fix it back. Came to know it's done by a 3rd party contractor. Frustrated, i asked for return or replacement with same specs but with factory installed sunroof and DVD as what was promised. Tiffany said he talked to her management and asked me to wait 2.5 wks as it will be a complex process. Meanwhile I was asked not to put up any Customer Satisfaction Survey yet until they address my concerns. come 2.5 wks, no update then finally she texted that I will definitely get an answer the following wk. that wk came and no call. Called Tiffany 10-12 times in span of 4 days, no return back. Had to call another Finance manager and explained the same to her, and finally she was forced to talk to me after the manager transferred her the call. Just to tell me that Rick Hendrick cannot do anything else to fix the mess. More
