I’ve been having an issue with my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Z71 with a loss of power for unknown reasons. Prior to this I had a few issues with it not going into gear and more . Donnie, service a Silverado LTZ Z71 with a loss of power for unknown reasons. Prior to this I had a few issues with it not going into gear and more . Donnie, service advisor , was patient with me and listened to the issues I’ve been having and what I have tried prior to bring it in. Donnie never rushed to anything and simply just listened rather than overpowering the conversation etc .The scan was done and the results were given to me and what the next steps were to get things going in a positive direction.
