I made an offer to buy one of their advertised trucks. I attempted to purchase 2022 1500, Stock#NG0048, clearly advertised on the website for $34,465. David, the salesman, explained that the truck could n I attempted to purchase 2022 1500, Stock#NG0048, clearly advertised on the website for $34,465. David, the salesman, explained that the truck could not be purchased and sent us a price sheet on a 2023 1500, stock#FQ69941 at $41,288.95. I first I was told that the truck had dealer adds and the 2023 would be cheaper anyways. When I pushed back, they said the truck was not at the dealer yet. It does have a stock number and is being advertised for sale on their website with no mention of not being in stock. Then, they finally told me that the truck was for a fleet customer and would never be for sale. I believe that this is bait and switch and a scam. Knowingly that putting a truck on the internet at a decreased price and then switching you over to a more expensive truck is the definition of bait and switch. I gave time for their management team to make things right and got no response. More
