I went into Rick Hendricks originally wanting to purchase an Equinox, Donovan was my sales representative and showed me exactly what I thought I wanted. As we were walking back in I saw a Chevy Malibu that d an Equinox, Donovan was my sales representative and showed me exactly what I thought I wanted. As we were walking back in I saw a Chevy Malibu that distracted me in my path and wandered to it. I don't like test driving anything and Donovan was really helpful and patient. I honestly couldn't make up my mind. He convinced me to at lease circle the parking lot with it and explained that he wants me to be completely satisfied with my purchase before I leave. I'm glad I took his advise and did my little circle around the parking lot. With that I definitely realized that I didn't want an Equinox. He walked me through my purchase made sure I was satisfied with the car and it had all the features and accessories in the vehicle. The customer service he provided was fantastic. If you find here please ask for Donovan he won't disappoint with his patience and knowledge. More
