Buyer Beware. I left a review about my HORRIFIC experience and that I had not been refunded my deposit back on a car that didn't check out. After the review someone in customer relations responded and told me to reach out to the dealership. I did just that and they told me I needed to speak with Tiffany and she was not available. I left a message and two weeks later I still have NOT heard from ANYONE at the dealership. Needless to say, I called back to inquire about my deposit and was told I needed to come and puck up the check. I explained I lived an hour and 15 minutes away and then I would need to be compensated for my time and money. I was then told they would put the check in the mail. Two weeks mater I still don't have my money. I am now in contact with an attorney to retrieve my deposit. This has been the absolute worst experience with a dealership. They are LIARS and unprofessional!! Don't waste your time here. I will come back with an update after my attorney speaks with someone. More

My experience here has been ridiculous! I bought a used car from this dealership on a Saturday. When I got there they told me the actual car was not there and it would have to be shipped fr I bought a used car from this dealership on a Saturday. When I got there they told me the actual car was not there and it would have to be shipped from a sister dealership but they wanted me to sign off on papers before ever seeing the car in person. I was uneasy with it being a used car. They stated they did not have a return policy so I requested that they put in writing that if it does not drive safe or if anything is cosmetically different then they will fix it or let me out of the deal . The initial process was already a headache but I guess it’s Ryan George’s job to try to screw people over money wise so I let it go. The problem came in when I arrived to pick the car up on the following Wednesday. I was walking around the car looking and the hood was scratched up pretty bad. Shelby Anderson stated that it’s from where they pulled the bug guard off and she asked the service department to fix as much as they could. I told her I know those marks were not in the picture because I wouldn’t have purchased it like that and she had the nerve to say “well it is a used car and you will be on the inside most of the time”. I tried to pull up the posting to show her those scratches were not there. Well of course the posting was taken down since the car was sold so I was just ready to go. When I got home I remembered I actually screenshot the posting just to be on the safe side. I called and asked to speak to a sales manager. They transferred me to Ryan George. I told him about what happened and he said it shouldn’t be a problem to fix and he asked that I send the picture that I have to make sure they order the right part. He said he was texting me from his personal number, it was too late to order the part that night but he would order the part the following day (Thursday) He text me and I sent him the picture. After multiple text with no response I finally said I would go higher up and he immediately responded. I arrived Saturday at 12:15 and asked for Ryan. The lady came back and said he was with a costumer and would be with me shortly. I seen him come out and grab someone that came in AFTER ME. He then walked back and forth past me atleast 5 times without even acknowledging me. Finally after about 45 minutes another salesman Brandon Hayes came over to check on me and went to get things taken care of. Once Brandon helped they finally sent Shelby over. She took me down to the building closer to the service area and said she was going to service and would be right back (I could see her sitting at a desk shortly after) After about 30 minutes the lady at the front checked on me, apologized, & said she was calling for someone to come help me. About 15 minutes later Shelby came and said the guy that usually does the guards is out and they are trying to get someone else to take care of it. I will NEVER go to this dealership again. I’ve 4 bought cars from dealerships and this has by far been the worst experience! More
