Nothing but a bunch of liars tells you one thing and then not what was told. Was told was very certain I could get approved by Dulsa went down to buford on Sat April 30 was there from 3pm til 730 pm was told not what was told. Was told was very certain I could get approved by Dulsa went down to buford on Sat April 30 was there from 3pm til 730 pm was told we would go to finance and while in finance vechile would be detailed one we get to finance was told vechile hasn't went through inspection and that it would take 2-3 days and we were told they would deliver vechile to our house and we would sign paper work and paid down payment before we left. Then Monday rolled around and heard nothing called spoke to Dulsa who was working with us was told she would contact back to let know an update didn't hear back called spoke to manager told vechile would be done on Tuesday morning or Tuesday after noon. Tuesday morning I messaged Dulsa [Really would like an update, feel like we are being jerked around due to informing that really needed asap on sat. and nobody is letting us know what is going on] she sent me [i apologize im still in a sales meeting im going to talk to the service manager after],just spoke with him he says it should be ready by 1pm I asked if it would be delivered by 6pm today and she said (yes. before or after 6) told her it would have to be around 6pm and she sent me (sounds good i should be arriving around that time). Then at 5 I Hello Tracy this Alan sales manager here at Rick Hendrick please call me when you have a few thank you. I called and was told it might not be delivered today and I asked why supposed they were busy and short staff. Let him know we where coming up there to pick it up and sign paper and he said she was on her way to deliver it but then called and said she wasn't that she went to fill it up with gas. Drive all the way there she done left and nobody could find paperwork they ran our credit again and when we got an alert and questioned it was told by Allen that they just update the screen what some bs acted like I didn't bring my proof of income which I did and he had my check stubs in his hand and my fiance had the temp service that the company he works for had him through for 2 weeks send his checks stubs over and then was told that the loan company that our loan was approved through wouldn't take them because it's not from the actual company he works for. Nobody ever tried to call either one of us and let us know this so that he could get with his employer to get them to do what they needed to in order to verify his employment and income told we get there after driving 2 hrs at 5pm and not leaving until after 8 pm. Would have been really nice to know before driving that long for nothing. Very dissatisfied with how we were done. Will not recommend anybody to buy from them. More

Would give this dealership 0 stars if I could, thought the car was amazing but it felt like I was paying off a debt with the sales department. Told me that Lo-jack was necessary when it clearly wasn't nee the car was amazing but it felt like I was paying off a debt with the sales department. Told me that Lo-jack was necessary when it clearly wasn't needed THEN decided to take it off the deal later. Never got a copy of the repairs they stated, they will tell you to give reviews on 3 websites including this but wont respond to you when you have a question after you get the car. I will never buy a car from here again and recommend nobody to purchase one here. More
